Hutchinson Homes offers a full set of AutoCAD working drawings for your new home, addition or major renovation. James Hutchinson is currently filed with the Ontario government as other designer, categories of qualification in house and small buildings. Hutchinson Homes also provides general contracting services and project management, as well as turnkey projects complete with Tarion Warranty.

We offer a variety of construction techniques from poured concrete to insulated concrete forms (ICF). Wall construction from typical stick framing to timber framing and structural insulated panels. Hutchinson Homes and renovations has extensive experience in a wide variety of additions such as sunrooms, garages, family rooms, etc.

We also have experience in major renovations including second floor add-ons to, complete gutting, and rebuilding. Celebrating 20 years of business James Hutchinson is an Architectural Technician, License Carpenter and a member of Tarion New Home Warranty as well as an inter member with AATO. Currently working on projects in the Ottawa Valley, Ottawa, Cornwall and Eastern Ontario regions. With crews of licenses carpenters, apprentices and helpers, we are completely mobile with all the equipment to move onto your project.
